Drum Lessons from the Beginning
We have been teaching drums for many years at the Musicians Centre. Our drum teachers are experienced, professional working drummers who can teach a wide range of styles, rudiments and advance techniques to help you master the drums. We teach from beginners through to advanced and all ages, five and above, are welcome.
Having a drum kit at home may not be practical for you immediately before you start learning, but it is possible to get by in the beginning by buying a practice pad. These are relatively inexpensive, practical and are very useful to help pupils get used to playing on a drum surface without the expense or volume of a drum kit.
Drum lessons cost £15 for half an hours tuition.
Once the basics have been mastered our drum tutors can teach a wide variety of styles from metal to jazz to rock and beyond!
